I have been living in Finland for about 25 + years and in that time Finnish national health service has been fine, until a few years ago.
We pay a lot of taxes in Finland which I personally don't mind. The streets are clean, we have low crime, education is free and generally everyone has somewhere to live.
However, the health system seems to in crisis where simple operations cannot be performed because of lack of doctors and nurses. In one case the waiting time so long that a Ukrainian child went back to Ukraine for cancer treatment.
What is going on Finland?
