Every Friday or Saturday evening all over Finland is sauna time. Families and friends meet in homes, public sauna's or summer cottages to talk, drink beer and chat. However in countries such as Spain the hotel sauna will have a warning ⚠️ message explaining that you should only be in the sauna for no more than 10 minutes for health reasons. While Finn's will go in and out of the sauna all day and something's even roll around in the snow ❄️. So is the Finnish sauna healthy or is it a cultural perspective?
